Do you sell your locks retail?

No, we are a wholesaler only.

Can you open this lock that I don't have a key for?

No, please contact your local locksmith.

Can you cut keys?

We can cut keys if there isn't a locksmith near your location that stocks our key blanks.

We cut keys for Jacksons locks only. Jacksons keys have 747 stamped on them. Please send an email to us with a clear photograph of your key.

We do not cut cylinder keys.

Are Jacksons locks Australian-made?

Yes, Jacksons Lock Manufacturing is Australian-owned and we manufacture all of our locks inside Australia.

Do you make handles or hinges?

No, not at this time.
